Shipping and returns policy



We make free shipments to the entire peninsula and Portugal. Balearic Islands from €80 (Euros) shipping will be free.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla consult before making the purchase.

We work with the minimum stock. That is why once you have placed your order, in the event that it is not ready, we will proceed to make it. Being a handmade product and the preparation takes time, therefore it can take from 2 to 5 business days depending on the order.

For both cases, once the product is made, the estimated delivery time is 24/48 hours (2 business days).

Orders placed until 12:00 pm (Spanish time) from Monday to Friday and when there is stock, will be shipped the same day. If the order is placed after that time, it will be shipped the next business day.

Products that are not in stock will be made as soon as the order is received.



We make free shipments to all countries of the European Union with a minimum purchase of €180 (euros). The estimated delivery time is 24/48 hours (1 or 2 business days), to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.

We are currently working to be able to ship to all continents. Soon we will activate the sale in a greater number of destinations.

Our shipments are made with the companies MRW and DHL.



If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 10 calendar days from the date it was received.

The product cannot have been used or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging with its corresponding labeling and dust bag or in the case of being a hat in its hat box.

All products are labeled with a numbered label.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.

You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a reputable registered mail service.

You must, in any case, bear the shipping costs for the return. These are not included.

Zahati will only be responsible if the order is lost or if it arrives damaged. In that case we will send you again and everything will be on our account.

For any return/damaged order of a Zahati product, you must write an email notifying the return to

and include the order reference in it and we will provide you with the documentation to complete and the necessary instructions for it to be effective.

We try to manage all requests in 24-48 hours. In any case, slight delays may arise. In this case we apologize and patience.

If the return is accepted, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 30 business days. Shipping costs will not be refunded in any case.


In no way will changes or returns be accepted in the following cases:

-If the label with reference has been cut, forced or manipulated.

-The product must bear the reference label on its site and in no case must it have been replaced by another label.

– The product to be returned has been used, damaged or does not have its original packaging.

– The return request is made by a means other than the one specified.

– The request is made after the deadline or does not include the requested documentation.

In the event that your return does not meet these conditions and is not accepted, the merchandise will remain at the customer's disposal for a maximum of 10 days to request the return of the product.

All expenses generated by this return, including the transport of these items, customs fees or taxes will be borne by you.

ZAHATI reserves the right to reject requests that breach any of the 'Return Conditions'.
