The Tris-Tras thousand colors hat is a unique model. Hand braided. Each hat is different from the previous one. Even if you request the one in the image when your hat arrives it will be slightly different because in the artisan process no two hats are ever the same.

You have two options to make your return:
1. You can manage the return with the agency of your choice and send the product to calle Estación n 3, 03740, Alicante, Gata de Gorgos.
2. Our courier agency picks up the package at the address and time you indicate. This service costs €4.90, which will be deducted from the order refund.
