SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
We ship free of charge to the whole peninsula and Portugal from 120€. Balearic Islands from 120€ (Euros) the shipping will cost 5€.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla please consult before making the purchase.
For both cases, once the product is ready, the estimated delivery time is 24/48 hours (2 working days).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
EUROPE:
We ship free of charge to all European Union countries that your minimum purchase is 180€ (euros). The estimated delivery time is 24/48 hours (1 or 2 working days), to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States.
We are currently working to be able to ship to all continents. Soon we will activate the sale in a greater number of destinations.
Our shipments are made with the companies MRW, DHL and UPS.
RETURNS
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The product must not have been used or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging with its corresponding labeling and dust bag or in case of a hat in its hatbox.
All products are labeled with a numbered label.
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a reputable registered mail service.
You must, in any case, bear the cost of return shipping. These are not included.
Zahati will only be responsible if the order is lost or arrives damaged. In this case, we will reship the order at our expense.
For any return of a Zahati product, you should write an email notifying the return to info@zahati.com
and include in it the order reference and we will provide you with the documentation to be completed and the necessary instructions for the return to be effective.
We try to process all requests within 24-48h. In any case, slight delays may occur. In this case we apologize and ask for your patience.
If the return is accepted, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 30 working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded in any case.
IMPORTANT
No returns or exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:
-If the label with reference has been cut, forced or manipulated.
-The product must have the reference label in place and in no case must it have been replaced by another label.
- The product to be returned has been used, damaged or is not in its original packaging.
- The return request is made by any other means than the one specified.
- The request is made after the deadline or does not include the requested documentation.
In case your return does not meet these conditions and is not accepted, the goods will remain at the customer's disposal for a maximum of 10 days to request the return of the product.
All costs generated by this return, including the transport of these items, taxes or customs duties will be borne by the customer.
ZAHATI reserves the right to refuse requests that do not comply with any of the 'Return Conditions'.
