You can manage the return up to 15 days after receipt of your order. You have two options to make your return:

1. You can manage the return with the agency of your choice and send the product to calle estación n 3, 03740, Alicante, Gata de Gorgos.

2. Our courier agency picks up the package at the address and time you specify. This service has a cost of 4,90€, which will be discounted in the refund of the order.

The standard shipping time is 1 to 3 business days, except for pre-order products, whose shipping date will depend on the launch date indicated for each product.

You can select the “Express Shipping” option at checkout to receive your order within 24 hours (only for purchases made before 1:00 PM, peninsular Spain time).
